CKC Litter Due 11-26-07

Our clear red Fancy has been bred to Juneau of Whitakers Mini Dachshunds . Juneau is a smooth choc/tan dapple and carries longhair. He came from here and is the son of Oliver & Mini from their 1st litter. Fancy also carries longhair and choc/tan. This is a first breeding between these two dogs but we expect black/tan & choc/tan in solids & dapples and smooth & longhair. Fancy weighs about 12 lbs and Juneau weighs 12.5 lbs. This litter will be CKC registered. Please contact me for any additional information on this upcoming litter.

11-13-07 / Fancy has had her x-ray and is expecting 4 pups.
11-22-07 / Fancy had her pups on Thanksgiving Day ( 11-22-07 ) but we ran into complications. First she had 2 pups ( both blk/tan, a male & female ) and then she just stopped her labor. We could never get her labor started again and by the time we went in for a c-section her uterus had ruptured and the remaining 2 puppies were dead. They were both females, a blk/tan & a choc/tan. We didn't get a single dapple in this litter. Fancy had to be spayed because of this so this is her final litter.

2-13-08 Blk/tan Smooth Female Pup Has Been Sold!

We have 1 smooth blk/tan female available. She is 11 weeks old now and has been vet checked 4 times and is in excellent health. She has had her second vaccinations and been wormed 4 times. She has also been started on heartworm prevention. This little girl is ready to go at any time.

Fancy's pups are 9 days old now and all are doing wonderful. So far it appears that both pups are going to be smooth hair. We'll know for sure in about a week. The male is available and if the female is a smooth she will also be available.

Fancy is doing great since her surgery and the 2 pups are doing wonderful as well! They are 3 days old today. We won't know for about 2 weeks if they have smooth or longhair.
